Three floors of living space make this wonderful two-bedroom apartment perfect for your holiday adventure. The location in Santa Croce provides guests with the convenience of several grocers within the area and a supermarket at Campo San Giacomo, which is not far from the apartment. The bridge is only 30 meters away and this is where you can go to find boat transportation to all the Venice locations that you choose for your sightseeing adventure while visiting here.
The entrance of the apartment is on the ground floor. This area has a sofa that makes into a double bed and is nicely furnished with very nice beam ceilings and beautiful area rugs.
The next floor contains a living area that is fabulously furnished and has two armchairs. There is a DVD player and satellite TV. This room is quite comfortable for relaxing and enjoying the wonderful amenities this apartment has to offer.
The kitchenette is to the side of the living area and features an electric stove, fridge and microwave. All the cooking utensils needed for preparing a nice meal in while you are here are provided.
The master bedroom is on the same floor as the living room and kitchenette and has a nice double bed, bedside tables and lamps and provides blankets and sheets as well. The next floor contains another bedroom with two single beds. Blankets and bed linens are provided here as well.
There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. They are up to date and contain showers and a hair dryer for the convenience of guests.
The apartment has a heating system, a dining table and chairs are provided and a washing machine is also provided for guests. There is no parking in the area and the apartment is not pet friendly or cannabis friendly. They do not allow smoking.
Santa Croce, the area in which the apartment is located is one of six areas of Venice located in the western part of the islands. The Piazzale Roma is the main part of the city where the bus stations are located as well as where much of the traffic is concentrated. Tourist attractions are mainly in the eastern section and there are many from which to choose while on vacation here.
The Church of San Nicolo da Tolentino is one of the places you will want to include. Building of the church began in 1590 and was not completed until 1714. The church is quite expansive and has very tall columns on the front. This is an architectural site worth seeing when visiting Venice.
The Centre for the History of Costume is another place you will be interested in seeing. This museum offers many marvelously tailored dresses and accessories and the marble that is used in the building is beautiful.
The Canaregio in Venice is another spot you will not want to miss. This was once considered one of the most magnificent buildings in Venice due to the array of beautiful colors used in the façade. Residing inside the building you will see masterpieces by Carpaccio, Diana and Mantegna. The back contains a well of red marble by Bartolomeo Da Bon.
